If jobs can be taught without college or university, why should businesses not just hire H1Bs/foreigners over entitled westerners?

Here’s the truth many avoid: most jobs don’t require a degree, just weeks/months of (supervised) training. That won’t turn you into an md or a airplane pilot, but the majority of roles can be learned quickly by a person of average intelligence.
