I always find it funny when people bring up Smash's music as Sakurai being biased when the composers like Shimomura, Tanioka, and Naruke have explicitly stated that they decide which tracks they want to arrange and get the okay from Sakurai. The fifty versions of Jungle Japes? All the different arrangements of Green Greens? Each composer WANTED to do their own version.
