Long term I gained 1.75kg and until I hit my goal weight, I'll be 1.75kg heavier than I should be if I wasn't regarded. Or if you convert it to time, I'll hit it like 4~5 days later that I would have if I wasn't fucking regarded.
I dunno, I dislike brushing aside my stupidity, I prefer to dwell on it in order to not repeat it. At the end of the day it's okay, I've been fat for 25 years, not like 5 days will be the end of the world, but I would still like to at least hit the 100kg mark year so timing is already very tight, 20.65kg in 138 days(4.6months) is doable, but if I keep doing mistakes I'm not gonna make it

Count calories. Like, seriously, if your issue is knowing when to stop eating, it will tell you exactly when to stop.
