so, gave a try to hypercoven, here's my thoughts:
>i like the mouse cursor
>graphics are fine. some things do feel out of place, like the car guys in the tutorial level
>music is too quiet even on higher volumes, and feels repetitive. The tracks that play feel fitting for the game vibe
>with that, on the first level (not tutorial), some objects seem like they can be interacted in some capacity but they cant be
>I wish there was a shortcut button to select all of my entities and be able to move them, rather than left click or left click + drag for the box thing
>not sure why King is the only one who can pick up artifacts, I think it'd be better to allow minions to also collect the artifacts
>can't cancel from the summon circle (pressing X), I got swarmed during that and got a game overs
>path finding seemed to get lost sometimes
>wish I could zoom out even more, currently feels too close
>tutorial felt confusing and barebones, wish it went more in-depth
overall, 6.5-7/10 for the time I played (around 30ish min). I can't really comment on it as an RTS game cus I dont play those. Overall, I wish there were more keyboard controls, and an easier way to select all minions
also, I wish that the automatic healing was faster for entities while they are within range of the covenant/summoning thing
but yeah, not a bad game, just not a genre I really understand or am familiar with so I can't really give a thorough review on it.
I think the elephant in the room is the sprites not feeling consistent, as well as some controls feeling wonky (but I dont know if this is typical controls for RTS or not since I dont usually play that style of game)
I think it has a solid foundation with room for improvement, either by updating this game or in your next game project.
