Artstation is fine but the tag system is not the best. Deviantart, you need to login first just to filter all the ai images. Artstation and deviantart are still good for western type of art.
For anime i use boorus like danbooru and gelbooru

Worse comes to worse then you might just use reddit, the 'imaginary' subreddits are good. You can pretty much add anything after the 'imaginary' like imaginarysoldier, imaginaryforests. They still mainly use western art though. If you wish to have anime then there is Moemorphism

Well they break rules and commit warcrimes without any trace of remorse. They do not think that they are evil but they only do evil because they believe in the saying that "Might makes right". Any artifacts that they cannot use are put in their guild to show off the guild's power.
