I have no horse in this race since I just started lurking again a while back, and I'm not one to start a beef with another AI-related poster of all things, but for the little I've seen, this guy has been provoking anons that confront him with a cocky attitude while being completely aware he is doing something that was meant to be frowned upon as far as culture goes... and feigning ignorance on top of it.

Like, there is something to be said about people who act cocky about others calling them out on their misbehaving while saying "I'm not doing anything wrong". Even if he is right and he is actually not doing anything wrong (I'd say he is, but who am I to say that anymore), he is not playing nice, so he deserves whatever comes at him.
