If you're having a lot of seizures when you're asleep then you probably have sleep apnea and stopping breathing is triggering your seizures. You should do a video eeg sleep study at the epilepsy clinic. Are you overweight which would cause obstructive sleep apnea? If you're not overweight, go visit the ENT doc and see if you have a deviated septum and/or enlarged tonsils/adnoids obstructing your breathing
