You think that's why Trump is going so hard for a "clean budget" right now during the government shutdown? To reduce China's leverage over the US? Or is Trump only doing it because he doesn't want to give healthcare to illegals? Normally both sides do anything they can to avoid the pain of a shutdown, but both sides are really dug in this time.
