Well that's how the script goes for Wreck villain act, isn't it? Even Moon said 'you're just jealous of Nice's perfection' as part of the script line

Wreck got worried when his bro started acting strange and can't be contacted is also pretty normal. But it was a good bait for fujos for the first few eps. After ep 21 with Nice's flashback, they're really acting like normal bros. What crowded Nice's mind while he was alive were his hero/murder act, his absurd boss and Smile's death, he really doesn't have time and energy to care about anything else. I doubt he let Wreck know about those secret missions either
