It's about how:

-you will all be in your 50s/60s soon with no way to reverse that
-your youth will not exist anymore while african youth will be everywhere
-you will no longer have families and date (irrelevant, don't obsess over it)
-anything you seethe about is worthless, since you are all worthless, as a group of people who will cease to exist very soon
