>>23451464 NTA but I was surprised when watching Unicorn for the first time in 2015 (my first Gundam show) by how much I liked the Laplace reveal. There were a lot of things I didn't understand about the show and I thought for sure that Laplace's box would disappointment me due to how much of a Macguffin it was being treated as, but no. It made sense to me. But now I don't remember much of Unicorn aside from that after having watched almost all of UC.

Maybe I'll watch it again, now as a series instead of OVAs.

No one ever does this for any other artist, no one has ever said the characters in Brain Powerd looked like Tales of slop. Truth is, Take is actually an extremely talented character designer, and her designs in Gqacks are completely different than most of her Pokemon designs, but because people recognize the style, the character designs will never be judged on their own merit and will forever be written off as "pokeslop" despite their quality. If anything, Gundam AGE is closer to looking like Pokeslop designs than Gquacks ever was.
