Gen X here. Neither of your generations are "tech literate." You've never done boolean algebra. You don't know what a NAND gate is. You haven't created your own assembly language. You've never built your own compiler or operating system. Knowing how to navigate a file system is no more tech literate than knowing how to swipe tiktoks.
