for the sourness, i need the vinegar. the oil was superfluous because it was already oily when the cheese was melted. i think most people would have used mayo instead, but i find it icky
it was basically a grilled cheese with turkey, so i'm not sure i should add any veggies. but maybe i'll caramalized onions or bacon tomorrow
