Genuinely how do I avoid ending up with this body type? They all look like they lift to a degree and are probably somewhat fit in a cardiovascular sense, but they just look so... shit, and average.
They all have that long dropped shoulders look, not swole, just very very moderately muscular, they look to have show muscles, like they only do machines and are part of a running club.

I think I’ll be safer catcalling one of those gals who always travel in pairs wearing matching safety vests, police regulation haircuts, and slightly revealing yet modest enough to arrest someone attire should the need suddenly arise who have been walking the same exact path all day for about 5 hours.
