We'll have to see what happens with Kai no Kiseki 2. I'm going to assume it's not going to be a global release since they admitted in interviews that Sky was only able to because it's an already finished and planned out game. It would be a hugely drastic shift to go from Kai no Kiseki with all JK uniform panties, bunny suits, loli swimsuits to spat city that I doubt even they could just ignore and not explain.
