they used to have these rental only discs for the PSX in the UK and my friend's library almost entirely consisted of those, not sure if they were stolen or if the store was just selling them despite the RENTAL COPY - NOT FOR SALE shit written all over them
most of them looked like this but i distinctly remember a mortal kombat 3 disc that was pink and had not for resale repeating in a diagonal pattern
