I can see them being annoying but they're not that hard to kill. (I don't have Stray Dogs unlocked, this is epic)
Anyway I feel like PVP quests on Lighthouse are pretty easy because spawns and map flow are extremely predictable, push the closest spawn south of you/camp in your spawn and you WILL run into someone going towards WTP.

>mission: mark the fuel trucks in front of the rogue camp and at the train station
>spawned at the merin car
>ez pz mark the first truck and follow the road towards the train station
>check northern rogue roof
>birdshit looks at me and sprints away
>oh great
>get inside meth lab
>seconds later get rushed
As usual, I wipe the floor with them when I don't have Stray Dogs active. I hate boss quests so much.
