Yeah, it is an actual literary reference, but Himari is so retarded its downright impossible to believe that Himari was conscious of that. I like to think that, just like in this week's episode, Himari just rolls a nat 20 on every "good friends" check and ends up doing the single most effective action she can do without meaning to or even understanding why.
