Not an issue if you, like, eat Carbs two times a day reasonably, but you literally can't lose weight long term if you eat Carbs liberally, which put your body into "storing energy as all cost".

Well, you can. And then you die. The mad science prison experiment with people given 1000 calories of carbs every day ended up with a lot of people dying. Not because they didn't have the calories. But because you just kept forcing their bodies to get into "storage mode" with not enough calories to store.

Protein is better than Carbs, fat is even better. Eggs have both in huge quantities. Can't go wrong with eggs. Literally can't go wrong with eggs, they're the best source of protein and fat ever made by evolution.
