Almost no one in history ate steak and eggs for breakfast.
Medieval peasants (the big majority of which you likely descended from) mostly ate bread and cheese, maybe a few eggs if they had chickens.
Porridge was also popular. In later years, with the advent of canned foods, lots of working class men ate canned beans and maybe some preserved meats.

Even the very rich didn't exclusively eat animal products, especially not for breakfast. The nobility loved pastries and butter, they also enjoyed fresh fruits and wine.
The obsession with cuttings board full of meat, eggs, avocados and berries is really a new age gymbro thing, no one historically had a diet like that expect for maybe the first hunter gatherers.

There is no way to have "impacted meat". There is no function of other carniverous animals that allows meat to "build up", "rot" or "impact.
