None of the show hosts are called "stargirls". It's just a fan nick name for an old host in the KESPA days. Lee Eun-bin is an easy to remember name.

Also, HKLee is getting old and it wouldn't shock me if they ditch her. She's starting to show her age and korea doesn't like that.
