How stupid one would have to be to live in a country filled with niggers?

I see some from time to time, as I live near international conference hall and a stadium where competition games are played, mostly volleyball and hockey but also basketball. But tourists or guests don't stay and certainly don't carry weapons or are deranged hobos.
