I don't think we really appreciate just how big this play is going to be. How do you reconcile RC stepping up to offer $400M (debts and all) only to then go and gain control of the DIP only to see OVERSTOCK (LOL!) buy up BBBY and then start opening up stores using the bed bath and beyond name. I think the shills have done a fine job hammering home the point that BBBY is now owned by BYON. I think the lawyers could probably read through the lines. I don't think short sellers and Overstock are unfamiliar with one another. It's probably true that RC was going to fix some back end stuff and Lemonis was given the go-ahead to start setting up stores.
