That doesn't mean there's enough buyers to justify a regular Digital Monster English release, otherwise they wouldn't have been rotting on Amazon's shelves for 5 years.
At the end of the day this is the result of both things, Bandai's incompetence to handle the franchise and lack of a fanbase comparable to other IPs. You can blame the lack of interest only on Bandai's part, there's plenty of old as fuck forgotten franchises that get some new products and instantly sell because they have a really dedicated fanbase. That's not Digimon case.

Again, said as someone who was collecting the Digivolving Spirits line and was cancelled because people didn't buy.
