Said in the last thread but Thundercracker looks like a sidegrade. Better overall proportions and articulation, worse colours (especially grey instead of silver) and detailing. Also the chest intakes are too small for my tastes.

oh yeah plastic quality for Transformers has certainly changed, it goes a bit up and down, toys from the early 2000s had generally really good plastics, but figures from 2012 to like 2018 had some really wonky plastic, Combiner Wars was some of the worst.
This is excluding the Japanese high end figures but even then I think that got worse with time.
