I go to gym every day but each time i get really anxious because of all the mirrors at the gym and have bad thoughts and after every trainign so every day I'm drinking 4x500ml 7%alcohol beers. Is it impacting my gains in negative way? If so why? Before drinking them i drink protein shake. Guy at work said it's good because of hydrstion and they used to drink beers during the gladiator times. I just want truth
