Any reason for catholicism in particular? Asking as someone who went through all the sacraments up to confirmation but now I fluctuate between lapsed catholic and agnostic most days. I'm just warning you that it's weird calling yourself a catholic when you don't actually believe in some of the essential dogma like papal infallibility (pfffft). Heck not to go all reddit "organized religion is just a tool to control the masses" but I've read some of the apocrypha, and when I learned a bunch of old farts in the 4th century decided which bible books were canon and which weren't and their whole argument for doing so was "because I say so", that made me really cynical about scripture and the rest kinda fell apart after that.
