what i find myself imagining lately is there has to be some glowies that are basically half my age. some 22 year old noobie who has yet to realize how much experience and knowledge they lack. yet they are in a posistion trying to investigate or understand things that they're still unfamiliar with.

how do i communicate that to you kid agents out there? i wonder if some of you try and pick our brains sometimes to help you do your jobs. like you need our knowledge and experience and its with our indirect help that you're better able to figure out whatever it is.
