Fallen of the White Dragon locking you into Synchros and Fusions just means it was never meant to be used in Springans, not that they just now want you to pivot to a Synchro playstyle after 4 fucking years of the deck being a thing and after releasing XYZ support for it recently.
A lot of these multi archetype support cards from the Branded storyline are basically just world building flavor text anyway. Does Spright Smashers make you think you should run a Spright Therion Springans soup deck instead of the very obvious XYZ spam strategy?
