Chico was the 2nd protag apparently for a later 2021 draft after Nokori, maybe a old stand in for Troy, I however don't know if any of that is true, since there is ANOTHER draft of this character sheet that has Chico, but also a rendition of Troy and Tycho.
he was drawn around the same time as Moonie which was back in 2017 or so
