I'm also a big fan of completely OP, reality-warping, omnipotent characters characters, but one thing I like that's kind of related is when a size character has some other kind of power that's not related to size, but scales in power as they grow. A character with ice powers could freeze an entire building at human size with some effort, but the bigger they grow, the less effort it takes, until it gets to the point of picrel where you can effortlessly turn the entire planet into an ice giant. That's just one example, but it can go for other types of powers as well.
