Not really a hot take, but part of this is based. Specifically the:

part. That's honestly what every artist should be doing, provided they don't care about making money. That's what Kiyoshi does (the fat-assed knight guy). He draws the weird shit that interests him and sometimes it has broader appeal or appeal for this thread.

Back when Scrag was on /mlp/ (under the name Maarthul), he had a pretty even spread of mini-gts stuff and normal size stuff (and a pretty even spread of human and anthro drawings). He also seems to enjoy shortstacks and other furry characters and posted on /trash/. The sad fact is his size stuff is far less popular than his non size stuff. People just want to see busty Overwatch girls jiggling around, and he fucking nailed that market. Probably unintentionally. So his choices when making an animation are between making a simple jiggle physics animation that gets an easy 20K likes. Or a size animation that takes double the time and gets 1/3rd of the exposure. Not really much of a choice with that amount of money on the line. I'm sure he likes the jiggling Overwatch girls just fine, but I assume he wouldn't mind some variety in the content he makes. But he makes like 12K/month on Patreon, which probably eases the pain a lot. I do wish Scrag made more size animations, but I get why he doesn't.

For me, the real tragedy is Eskoz disappearing behind the great paywall of China. I see like, one animation of his a year. Not like the good ol' days when he posted here. I guess the issue with upping the quality of your animations is people come to expect it, and it takes more time to meet the expectations.

Cheat Engine will let you just constantly add health to yourself and reduce the health of the girls. Unfortunately, by doing this you're eliminating a large chunk of SH's supposed appeal. That's not unheard of. I could dig around my folder to find it, but even Uru has completed pieces with fucked up and mangled hands. They are notoriously hard to draw.
I'll probably get slapped with a western /aco/ charge for posting their stuff, but the most egregious giveaway that it might be AI is the tiny. The linework suggests three legs, there's no attempt to simulate gravity beyond the hair, and the hand is just one big blob of linework and color.

Shrink High for me is the gold standard of how you mix story beats with fetish content. The story has more of a presence than the size stuff, but it doesn't skimp out on the fetish material and doesn't try to downplay it either for the "general audience". Shrink High was THE size game, essentially the progenitor of the entire RPGMaker size game genre, though it was inspired by an obscure, incomplete alpha game from Pogojo that has become lost media. In any case, I'd recommend it but keep in mind that the game was made with free resources 15+ years ago and that while it has size as a core aspect, it's still basically a full-on RPG game in its own right in terms of difficulty and structure.
