Not the same anon but here's my take.

Don't go to failure with kettlebell, that's not the main purpose of them. They're for strength endurance (farmers/labors working ALL day type shit). Picking up the weight for 5/10/30 minutes WITHOUT putting it down. The average DYEL only needs to get up to 40lbs for swings for 10mins to 30min and they'll be pretty stronk by the end of the year (do volume cycles).

Biggest issues most have with kettlebells is that it's a skill.
They:
1. Don't learn the rack position correctly(pic related)
2. Slam their forearms on cleans/snatches
3. Don't keep their elbows close the their body on recycles
