I think the only good "Black Dwarf" I've ever seen is this Forge Father from Mantic.
You really get the feeling he's a small "brick shithouse", almost a Michael Clarke Duncan vibe in a small package.
You can't do a "black Viking" vibe like they try at GW, it looks stupid.
Black dwarfs should be full Nigerians who eat elephant meat and have ten wives each.

I have yet to see a good bearded black dwarf though, these clean shaven ones look a bit off in fantasy.
