Should they just remove it? Cause desu that's the type of system that you expect in a pozzed ass game like Overwatch, not here. There's several ways to block 'negativity' anyway(mute function, add to blocklist, avoid as teammate, custom chat filter, turning off voice, turning off match messages, streaming mode etc)
