I remember that being brought up in the actual campaign when they arrived at a city composed almost entirely of orcs, goblins, minotaur and other creatures. Fjord was puny. And when he lost his warlock powers briefly, the party realized he really was physically weak since it was all powered by his Charisma. Jester has a far higher Strength than he does.
