Nick is smart so he's frustrated by the constant low IQ interactions. He wants to meet smart interesting accomplished people, but he's a pariah so he he's stuck answering dumb superchats.
But he fails to realize that if he had 100 canned answers he would be much more charming and useful. To give one example, people ask him for his favorite book or a reading list, to which he almost always gives a disdainful answer. At first I wondered if he read books at all. Then one day he starts talking about a book about Stalin and rattling off facts about the book and Stalin. That was the right answer to the question, and it made Fuentes look generous to his audience and smart.
If Fuentes hates answering stupid questions, he should just have a bunch of them loaded up with constructive responses. Because we live in a society, half of which have an IQ below 100.
By not having good answers to stupid questions, Fuentes consistently comes across like an asshole.
Some people enjoy the friction, but I bet it turns a lot of people off. No need to be nice and fake, just constructive.
Bu it will require Nick to get over his resentment at being left behind and to fully embrace the people who come and listen to him.
