Sorry that was a terribly worde post, I didn't go to SDCC, those weren't my photos, I meant I saw someone upload some close ups of each model, but I couldn't find where. Closer look at some of the minis, do you recognise them? I'll see if I can find some other pictures.

The John Carter alien looks like it might have some super basic leg joints and maybe the neck? I completely agree though, if you're not going to do it properly, just put in more accessories instead.
