Thanks for your advice anon. About my serotonin system, I have been using SSRI and bupropion again since the start of this year. I also used recreational drugs at the same time but nothing that would really fuck with my serotonin system (mostly pregabalin also some Xanax and kratom). I decided that I will have a break from recreational use since today and I hope I will not fail this time.
