I like Sarah as a Master Monk and pretty much always keep her around. Though her "uncapped" xp gain is slower than Karna or Frayja she's still very easy to keep well leveled up even if you don't heal every turn. Basically I like having a couple versatile dual-rolers and Sarah works very well as that. Not to mention the hot-as-balls MM sprite as seen in the op never gets old.

I agree the bird battlers suck; not even compared to OP Peter: they plain suck. Peter and one Pegasus guy are enough for me as flying units, though it's a shame Skreech isn't better because I do love his drip.
