I have no clue how Fractals work since I never bothered doing them before the event, what does the Infinite Mist Omnipotion actually do? From how mad a bunch of people got at it being basically free I'm assuming the requirements to get it were really annoying and thus it's probably good? I've got a bunch of AA to burn and I pretty much have everything else I really need, so it's either that or spending it on ascendant gear
