Liberals will support you. Liberalism is all about human rights, bodily autonomy, civil freedoms, individual choice, and respect for all. Liberalism is humanism.

Marxists will claim to support you, but only as a useful pawn, and a decent chunk will eye you with suspicion as some kind of capitalist degeneracy or even outright say you are a liberal abomination. Marxism is one of many forms of anti-humanism, along with Social Darwinist ideologies like National Socialism.

Many Marxists of course feel genuine sympathy and empathy for trans people just as many liberals do, but their flawed, conspiracistic, malign ideology would only make things worse for all trans people if their goals came to fruition.
