When Hoyo starts to shill AoE content in MoC I guarantee you your Phainon will fall off drastically.
His enhanced skill dmg is evenly split by the number of enemies (1170% becomes 234% with 5 targets, basically Jing Yuan's tier dmg)

Lygus boss, for example, has a special form that allows him to keep on summoning side mobs. Your Phainon will never rekt his ass. The Insect Bug boss is also anti-Phainon. Phainon only truly shines in a single-target scenario, for example, Aventurine.
