where this whole "legion was so good" narrative came from?
people hated retail wow back then and complained about the game all the time, wow was at really low point after wod and initial legion release was not much different from it
i remember daily vanilla wow nostalgia threads on /v/ and people in it shitting on retail all the time, there even was a meme based on pic related but i cannot find it anywhere now
