Pre-buffed Object 140 was in bottom rung of tier 10 mediums. It really needed the buffs because a peashooting medium from like 2012 did not scale well into autoloader + hardening meta.

The entire shtick of russian hovermeds was permatracking people in the past but hardening, field mods and the small repair kit buff repairing all modules made it not really possible. Remember when it was actually possible to track tank destroyers in one hit and circle them to death?
