Irregardless of the implications of giving a legendary away or whatever, it made me finally get off my ass to try out Fractals for the first time so they obviously got what they wanted. I was going to grind a full set of legendary armor via WvW anyways, so getting one piece at the cost of trying a gamemode I never have is kinda cool. I was going to go for Warbringer as my back legendary but now I'm thinking of going for the Fractal one.
