Her Eidolons enhance her personal damage significantly, and people tend to forget that aside of her gigantic buffs she does follow-up attacks that ramp up in damage pretty frequently. So yes, the chart is very much correct (All 3 were tested with the same setting in mind). Most DPS showcases in 2025 are just Tribbie showcases, she's just that strong. People just dislike Tribbie because she's a kid, and are too lobotomized to admit that she's actually a Sub-DPS (or Main DPS at high Eidolons)
