The Grammys have always been retarded when it comes to metal. They had Metallica perform One and proceeded to give the hard rock/metal Grammy to some band that could barely be considered rock and didn't even bother to show up.

there is a direct correlation between how good a metal album is and how many drugs the band members were on while making it. Notice how every album to come out of a once-great metal band started to become shit the moment they became sober.
