They came out of a pack that my friend bought from a store. I got them sealed in the pack and even opened them myself. Basically every oval hologram is crooked or off-center, and a few are even worse. This one is a promo the LGS handed out straight from a sealed promo pack. Look at how off-center and messed up the oval is.
