I wouldn't want to leave my house without being armed and I've been training in martial arts for my whole life. That's just how life is. I actually have an extremely violent streak in me so I go out of my way to never ever be in a situation where I might snap and have a psychotic break and murder someone. I always see these rage baits and think if it was me in the situation I would win and kill my enemies because I'm paranoid and violent to a degree that nobody could ever catch me by surprise. And if attacked, my own level of violence will exceed the level of violence of the attacker by a wide margin.

IF you don't want to have a murderous psychotic break you just need to segregate yourself from the people who suck. If you don't let shitty people ever interact with you then you don't have to kill them.
